Shooting On Location Fine Cuisine

As the executive chef Dimitri prepared the orders that evening, each plate came in front of my camera before it went to the client's table.
I just had a few seconds to shoot each dish and do justice to this highly artistic chef's creations.
Look at the angles that I have chosen to shoot each plate.
I arrived there 6pm. did my set-up and left the place around 9pm.
Here are the results.
